As Valentine’s Day approaches once more, it’s the perfect time to show yourself some love. After all, who’s going to take care of you if not you? 1. Take a hot bath.

Who doesn’t love relaxing in the tub with sweet-smelling bubbles, salts, or aromatherapy oils? Bring in a couple candles. Turn on some soft music. Maybe even bring a book or a magazine. Bath time is the ultimate “me” time, so leave your phone behind and unwind!

2. Open that bottle of wine you’ve been saving.

Or pick up a new one! Choose something you know you like—and why not take that glass into the bath with you?
