Shipping

 

Where does Biobelle ship?

Biobelle currently ships to the 50 states and Puerto Rico. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
We currently do not ship internationally but are working on bringing Biobelle to everyone around the world, so international friends: tweet us @BiobelleUSA to let us know where you live!

What are your shipping options?

Here’s how it works: You order, we process, then we ship.
Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 4 to 5 business days (and orders placed after 1pm ET are processed the next business day). Then USPS takes it from there. You’ll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships, and it’s on the way! Currently, our FREE SHIPPING takes 6 to 9 business days, in total.

How long will it take to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico?

You might experience a few extra days in shipping timelines. Shipping to these states will take about 11-15 business days.

How can I edit my shipping address?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address for some reason, please email shop@biobellecosmetics.com

I have a specific question and I want to talk to a person about it.

What skin types are Biobelle products suitable for?

Our products are appropriate for all skin types. They’re gentle, non-irritating, parabens free, disodium EDTA free and NON-GMO.

Will products melt/dry/freeze/expire/etc?

If the product is subjected to excessive heat or cold for short periods of time, it will not impact the product’s efficacy, though it may result in a thicker or thinner texture.
Our products have a printed expiration date, it is generally recommended that they be used within 3 years of manufacture… but we think you’ll love them so much that this won’t even be an issue.

I love samples! Can I have some?

Can I sell the products on my own site?

Unfortunately, your purchase of Biobelle Cosmetics products is only for your personal use. By purchasing Biobelle Cosmetics products, you agree not to resell or distribute such products for any commercial purposes. We may reject or cancel an order if we have reason to believe that your order is not for your personal use.

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

How do I place a return or exchange?

We’re sorry you didn’t love your Biobelle product. Please reach out to shop@biobellecosmetics.com with your order number and the products you’d like to exchange or return, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Help! I can’t find my return slip.

Don’t worry —Biobelle packages don’t include return slips. Just reach out to shop@biobellecosmetics.com and we’ll help you place your return or exchange.

What’s your return policy?

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. Email us at shop@biobellecosmetics.com and we’ll help you place the return.

How long does it take to process a return?

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at shop@biobellecosmetics.com and we’ll be sure to get you the Biobelle you ordered!

 

Billing

 

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is processed and accepted.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club credit cards or debit cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.
At this time, we do not accept International credit cards.

What can I do if my payment is declined?

Oh no! Here are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through:

  • Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system.
  • Is your card expired?
  • Your card issuer may have declined your payment. They don’t tell us the reason for this, so it’s best to check with them before trying your card again.

Is this product available anywhere besides BiobelleCosmetics.com?

Yes! Ulta Stores and Ulta.com, RickysNYC Stores and RickysNYC.com, Forever21.com.

How are Biobelle facial masks different from other skincare brands’?

What makes our mask unique is the use of TENCEL®, a biodegradable fiber made from the pulp of wood from entirely sustainable forests. This technology is all-new to the industry, and makes our product absolutely cutting edge.
We do NOT use potentially damaging chemical products; we only use natural and safe ingredients in our facial masks.
We really care about preserving the environment. By donating 1% of our product net sales to the Plan a Billion Trees campaign, we are actively helping to restore forests around the world.

Estheticians Program

 

Do you offer discounts to makeup artists or estheticians?

Yes! We want to make it easier for our pro makeup artist, cosmetologist or esthetician friends to keep their kits full of Biobelle, so we’re offering a discount of 25% off all BiobelleCosmetics.com orders, as well as free shipping upon acceptance into our Estheticians Program.

How do I enroll in the Estheticians Program?

Email monica@biobellecosmetics.com and include the following in your submission:

  • Copy of your photo ID
  • At least 1 credential (an example of this would be your name listed in the credits in an editorial)
  • Link to website and/or social channel

How will I know I’ve been accepted into the program?

We’ll email you within 7 days to confirm your acceptance. Once you’re accepted, your BiobelleCosmetics.com orders will automatically apply your discount for one year, at which point you’ll have the option to renew. That’s it! This is going to be fun.

 

Order Questions

 

How can I update my order?

Please email us at shop@biobellecosmetics.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. Our fulfillment center processes orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to process your request.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can view your order status on your Account page, which will be updated as soon as you are charged for your shipment and again once your order ships.

Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?

Only one promo code will work during checkout. If, in your travels through the internet, you’ve been awarded two BioBelle promo codes that are both valid, please choose the one you want to use more. Offers advertised on site without a code will be automatically applied and can be used in conjunction with a separate promo code.
